View Full Version : Steve Stone on Soto miracle performance.

Today on the WSCR Steve Stone all but said he thinks Soto has had a little help. He didn't say it, but it was obvious what he was hinting at. I hate to speculate on which players "do" or "don't", but he would fit the pattern. That being said he looks to be a solid player. I hate to see their farm system starting to produce some very good players while ours..........well Fields hits homers!?!

I heard that as well all 3 Stone, Boers and Bernstein pretty much said they felt Soto was on something without actually saying it. Whether he is or isn't its the sports world we are in today where a player having success is going to be found guilty til he proves he is clean.

The 25 total hrs before this year in the minors and then hitting 26 in this year alone is a little suspicious. Lets see how well he performs next year. Stone kept mentioning hes seen players mature, but not to the drastic extent Soto has improved. The insinuations were there of PEDs.
