I've heard that Frank didn't like anyone running when he was batting because he found it distracting.

I understand that, but on a 3-2 count with two outs, it sounds absurd that the hitter would complain. I could hear the announcer saying, "And Raines will be off with the pitch," and then trying to explain why Raines wasn't running.

Hawk would probably blame it on Raines --- brain cramp! Anway, I guess Frank could be a little selfish at times. :redface:
