Congrats. I am so confused as what a tix stub for an away game would really do. Wouldnt it be a lot cooler if the Sox were at home?

I think it's pretty cool...a "Where were the Sox?" when the birth happened.

Congrats man! Like suggested, contact the A's, as most MLB organizations like this type of thing.

Congrats! Call their ticket office. They may just stick one in an envelope and send it to ya.

Congratulations! Hope mom and the baby are all doing well.

Edit: I made a point of buying fresh copies of all the newspapers for storage on the days of my children's birth. You know, to make sure I had those "If today is your birthday" horoscopes.

OMG, SO cute!!!! Congratulations! What happened to the birth being this weekend? Was a c-section planned and the baby couldn't wait that long?

Exactly.. and 18 hours of labor (4 intense hours) later the doc said enough and did the C.

Wow! One of my best friends just had her first baby two weeks ago and something similar happened to her. She had a c-section planned for August 2 and in the wee hours of the morning on August 1, the baby decided he couldn't wait and within four hours of her water breaking, the doc did the c-section and he was born. It all happened VERY fast.

Congrats, she is an adorable baby!

Just curious- did the hospital supply the baby hat? If so, props to them.
If not, where did you get it?
