I predict that I won't be watching the playoffs this year. I could care less who wins so long as it's not the Cubs. They don't deserve it.
Go Bulls!

I would actually be very happy if that was the team the Sox sent out for 2008. they would be a very young team with a ton of potential.

Indeed. People need to accept that the holes on this team are so large and the farm system so barren that signing a bunch of second-tier free agents may not be enough to contend again in '08. It would be an exciting team. Baseball is becoming a young man's game, with the absence of amphetamines and steroids. You need fresh players to survive. The Sox would be wise to invest in more youth and athleticism. That team would provide a lot of that.

The Yankees will get a little closer, but they're just too old and have too many teams to pass this year.
Philly has a habit of making late runs, but they have a lot of pitching injuries. They're a fun team to watch when they're hot.

That's how I felt last season. I was so mad, upset, and most certainly, BORED. VERY VERY BORED. In fact, I just got home from a Bulls pre-season game and saw the Cards/Tigers game with 2 outs to go.
