oh boy

Black players are treated differently than white players, particularly at Yankee Stadium, he said, singling out Torre.
Black players "had a issue with Joe Torre," Sheffield said. "They weren't treated like everybody else. Even I got called out in a couple of meetings that I thought was unfair."

The worst part about this is that Sheffield has made other comments regarding race before, including earlier this season. He just doesn't know when to ****.

Then when asked if Torre is a racist, he says no. Make up your mind.

Gary being Gary. Just be happy that you got an extension, and let it go.

Every time someone wrongs Gary Sheffield he plays the race card. It's old and tired.

Sheffield fell out of favor with me way back when he was with Milwaukee. He was a 3B at the time, and he intentionally made errors trying to force the Brewers' organization to trade him.

That's unacceptable, regardless of whether a player is Black, White, Latino or purple.

The next time Gary Sheffield says something worth taking seriously will be the first.

You know, people like Sheffield **** things up for the rest of the black race. There's times and places to use the race card, but they are not "always" and "anywhere."
