Unless he has lost some SERIOUS weight, there is no way Rich Garces weighs 235.

Well muscle does weigh 2.5 (approximately)times as much as fat by volume. Fat simply takes up a lot more space by volume than muscle, so it is possible for him to be under the 240 mark and still appear very heavy, especially at 6 feet.
