God I hope DLS is alright. He's been one of the 4 really bright spots in our minor leagues this year IMO (the other three being Floyd, Gio, and Egbert - I don't know what to make of Carter and Francisco Hernandez until they perform at AA).

Nice to see Brian hitting for some power recently. If he's healthy now he should be up here.

I actually think Carter is our #1 prospect. Sad, because he lacks a defensive position, but he's got more of a track record than De Los Santos. Carter has hit with power at Bristol, Great Falls and now Kanny.

God I hope DLS is alright.

Reading this I believe he is just fine.

In the first game, neither pitcher ran into trouble until the bottom of the fourth inning when Fautino De Los Santos allowed a leadoff home run to Eric Taylor and then walked two straight batters. Only going 50 pitches due to Sunday's upcoming appearance in the MLB All-Star Futures Game, De Los Santos was removed after thathttp://oursportscentral.com/services/releases/?id=3501642

He was on a pitch count, he hit that 50 mark, and was taken out. Not the greatest note to end on, but they werent just going to run him out there and risk his overuse when he is going again in just two days.

Maybe he decided to go the power guy route....lol He's been hitting well the last couple weeks which hopefully means he's healthy and we'll see back on the big club soon but I'm not counting on that.

I'm not counting on that.

If he gets his crap together and hits like he should be a major leaguer, then he will be here. If he hits like ****, he won't.
