A number of stations from each team have refused to comply with MLB's paid webcast policy so here's a site that will give you free gameday audio. There is only one Sox affiliate listed but even if it doesn't work you can always checkout the opposing team's broadcast.

I was so happy to find this! I used to listen to interesting games of the week online before MLB put a damn price on it. Considering the quality and reliability of internet radio I wasn't interesting. Now, my problems are solved although I might get MLB extra innings so that'd be even better.
