After this weekend I have decided to start living more in the past and less in the present. Does anyone know where to get a good DVD version of the Sox games missing from the 05' post-season DVD set (vs Boston games 1&2, Angels games 2,3,4)? MLB must have them somewhere....

You can download them from MLB's Digital Download Service but the site is currently undergoing "extensive upgrades".

If they exist, they must be purchased from the copyright owner. You mentioned "MLB" in your post, this is why I did not roadhouse this and take other measures.

I believe you can download the games for $3.95 a piece. Not sure about this though as the whole site is under construction.

Checked it out. Looks like the MLB site games are for PC viewing. Not high resolution big screen TV quality.
Figures - Red Sox win it in 04' and MLB comes out with a freakin 12 DVD set. We only get 6 games.
Screwed again by the baseball gods....

No no, those are the baseball gods. The real baseball gods don't favor NY and Boston. It's Fox, MLB and ESPN.

What does Ditka know about anything? If he had half the brains of Gibbs or Walsh he would have won 3 Superbowls.
Give him a team that couldn't lose if Dusty Baker was the coach and he finally wins something....

Super:
When you have a revolving door at quarterback (the single most important position on the team) because McMahon couldn't stay healthy it's hard to win A super bowl, let alone three.

The single most important position on those teams was the head coach. Thats why they lost. Outcoached in the second half every playoff game they lost.
Come on, Ditka is a cub fan. How smart can he be?
