This is from the Tribune:

"Bob Howry was throwing 90 m.p.h. today," Alomar said. "I don't think he broke 90 in spring training. I don't know if it has to do with
adrenaline or what, but the guys did a lot better job."

I think Howry will be all right...

I really wish he could get back to where he was in say 2000, but either he or Glover really need to step up.

And what happened to Barcelo? Where is he? Did he get hurt again?
