Because lets face it, thats what it is...."Ozzie comes out of the dugout, and he is making the call to the Junkyard"...sorry had to vent!

No disagreement from me. The weird thing is that every year the Sox had have one ringer in that pen. This year, it's been a complete meltdown. Go figure!

Who could have forseen this kind of a disaster in the Pen.... Jenks, Mike MacD, and Thornton were as solid a top 3 as you were gonna find going into the season. Isn't it something like "You never see the one coming that finally gets you"?
