This is a very young team battling against some teams that are older. Last year they had a very rough year. It will be interesting to see how they do. Bobby Thigpen is their manager.

Yikes! I was looking at the batting averages in the Charlotte box score, and it struck me as being similar to the big-league club.

Sweeney is hitting .297. Next is Pods at .239, followed by BA at .235.

Tomas Perez hitting cleanup? Brutal. :o:
