I like those numbers all around. Great that Gavin is doing well.

What's up with Rogoswski though? He's been struggling all season. I thought that he could hit. Is he injured?

When I saw the Knights Monday, Casey played Leftfield and he even stole a base. He didn't look hurt to me. I think he's just struggling.

What's the consensus on how long Podsednik needs? I see he's 5-for-17 (.294) in Charlotte. That's good, but not great. Certainly, the big-league club could use his bat at the top of the order, even if he's not in basestealing shape yet.

Not sure - but the last thing I want to do is rush him - and then lose him again when we could have had him all year if we were only a little patient.

Well, he's already playing games. If he can play games in Charlotte, he can play games in Chicago. I don't see any added injury risk in bringing him to the big leagues tomorrow. The question is whether he's had enough ABs to prepare himself.

Is Lucy a candidate to make the team next year? Or is he still another year or more away? Anyone see enough of him to give a decent scouting report?

(I'm sure Nancy is hoping he makes it here soon - she's got Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds all ready to go!)
