Name all of the MLB teams you have seen. They could have been playing against the Sox, Cubs, anyone, just have at it.
I have seen every National League team at least once (including the defunct Expos). The only AL teams I have yet to see are the Blue Jays, Red Sox, Tigers, Mariners, Angels (soon to be knocked out on Tuesday), and the Athletics. Every other AL team I have seen at least once.

Probably all of them. Obviously, as a split season ticket holder, I've seen every AL team over the years. And over the years I've seen enough White Sox interleague, Cubs, Marlins, and Cardinals games to catch each team in the NL.

All of them. Even Seattle.
I have parents/brothers we visit frequently in DC, and I live in NY also.
Slowly working on all the parks in person too. Rockies and AZ will be tough, though my wife and I have seen their camps already twice (obviously in town).

I have no idea. I'm too old to remember. I do know that I've seen teams that are no longer in the same city.
