and Ozzie is #1

Just last week, Ozzie Guillen, for all his popularity in Chicago and barely a year and a half removed from bringing the White Sox their first world championship since 1917, speculated that maybe he needs to be fired. The White Sox are underachieving everywhere, especially hitting, where they rank last in the AL, but GM Kenny Williams has issued repeated votes of confidence for hitting coach Greg Walker and you have to wonder when he's going to get tired of Guillen running his mouth in favor of a lower-maintenance manager.

Meh, the New York Daily News doesn't understand the relationship between KW and Ozzie. I'm not saying Ozzie couldn't talk himself out of town, but it won't happen because he voiced his frustration by essentially (in a strange manner) taking responsibility for how the team is playing.

How could Ozzie outrank Joe Torre in a New York publication?

ESPN wants Ozzie to get fired, which won't happen. He's so misunderstood with the national media.

Sorry, but it's not Ozzie's fault the offense can't hit and the bullpen can't pitch.

I understand Homer Simpson's gripe with New York more and more everyday.
