Trot Nixon gets a long ovation and tipped his hat in his first AB at Fenway and then singles. He is missed especially with JD Drew being a stiff.

I have a lot of respect for Trot. He definitely is a grinder type player and was a nice pickup for Cleveland. However, correct me if I'm wrong here Fenway, hasn't Trot been very injury prone in the last 4 years? It wouldn't surprise me if he goes down with an injury at some point this year.
