Paulo Orlando 3-4 hr 2 rbi 2 runs and amazingly a bb. Is 6 for his last 9 and got his average up to .268

Personally, I'd leave Carter where he is. Let him build on this hot streak for a while. He's only 20. No sense rushing him. They could always skip him next season to AA like they did with CYoung.

Does anyone know why Gio seems to never work past the 5th? Is he throwing too many pitches and/or are they trying to be really careful with him for some reason?

They intentionally walked Thome to load the bases for Fields, just before the GS. That's got to be an awesome feeling: "Walk a MLB HOFer to get to me? I'll show you! <slam>"
