I think a couple of players have not panned out so far. I cringe when these guys come up to bat:

Uribe
Iguchi
Cintron
Ozuna

These guys would be on the chopping block if it not were for recent explosions...
Dye
Pierzynski

Thoughts?

Iguchi, Cintron, and Mackowiak are as automatic outs as there is in baseball right now.

I'm thinking of sawing off my leg and playing it like a guitar. Maybe I'll untie my shoe and use the strings as a wammy bar.

I can't drive...55!

Sammy, is that you?

When I read the title, I thought of players that had to drive an old Ford Tempo to the ballpark. What a huge disappointment.

That one Cintron at bat yesterday (I think it was his first) was the worst I have ever seen.

I cringe when any member of this team comes up anymore.

Ozzie has infinite patience with Cintron but went out of his way to screw up BA's timing. Perhaps he's making BA a better player for it but I don't understand by Ozzie hangs so tight with Ozuna and Cintron.

I'm guessing there's a better fielding SS the Sox could pick up or call up than Cintron, even for a backup he stinks. The guy doesn't benefit this team in anyway right now.

Here we go again with poor ol BA. It was the same thing with Borchard. Maybe because Ozuna and Cintron can hit and BA cant.

and if he has a game where he goes 3 for 4 all this will stop. You dark clouds amuse me sometimes

I beg to differ. Have you seen their stat lines lately?

Stats are irrelevant in the eyes on those that hate a given player.

yeah what's with the cintron love? i wish they gave BA half the chance they gave Cintron.

I know Cintron used to be a starter on the D-Backs and I always thought of him as a pretty good pick-up by KW but he just sucks right now

Are you realted to Brian Anderson? He has nothing to do with this thread, but you still bring him up. It is not Ozzie's fault that Brian Anderson can not hit in the majors.

I don't believe the Sox have any poor players. I mean, they're baseball players, they make millions. How poor can they be?
