i found this awsome clip of the White Sox and wanted to share it. Iam pretty sure thats Ivan Calderón with the catch.

That looks about right...Ivan Calderon is one of the most underrated Sox players of all time.

Cool clip. The name Ivan Calderon always brings back fond memories of RBI Baseball for NES. The fireworks... oh the fireworks. :D:

No kidding, I can't believe I've never seen it before.
When Ivan died a few years ago, I commented that this was the greatest catch I've ever seen. The game was broadcast nationally on Monday Night Baseball, I believe.
Calderon's amazing catch made all the high light reels, plenty of exposure back in the day.

I remember this game very well. Old Tiger stadium. That catch was a lot tougher than it looked. The big guy had to jump five feet in the air and time it perfectly.
If I remember right, Scott Nielsen was the starter, and that catch was for naught, as they lost.

that was a good catch if its the one where he jumps on the scoreboard, biut still doent outrank Daryl Boston's where he leaped into the seats
