Three up, three down...to the 8th.

Hoping Seattle gets a hit since they had no problems with the Sox earlier this week.

Now through 7. I think around 90 pitches, maybe a little more. Is this his first start off injury? Maybe had one before this, but I wonder if they're a little worried about pitch count with an already injured rotation.

Had 3-0 on Ibanez, but came back and struck him out to retire the side.

He's at 91 pitches. This is his third start since coming off of the DL.

I'm hoping he gets the perfect game.

Fox was blabbing about that for the entire time I had the game on, which was about 10 minutes. That whole tradition of broadcasters not mentioning a no-hitter/perfect game while in progress... damn that. Let's just plaster it all over the screen instead. Oops... never mind, there goes a home run.

Too bad it was broken up. ESPN said Wang would've had the first no-hitter since ex-Red Sox-prospect Anibal Sanchez threw one last season.

When I saw the name of this thread, I knew that before I finished reading through it, I'd find out that he didn't pitch perfect game.
