I'll be interning down in the Tampa/St.Pete area for most of the summer, so pencil me in at the entire D-Rays series in June. Good chance I'll be in the Chicago area for my niece's Christening for the same series against the Rays in May too, so I'm already looking into purchasing duckets.

I'm also seriously debating flying up for a weekend to the Burgh to watch them take on the Bucco's as well. I've made the hour trip up there (from Morgantown) several times to that park over the last few years and it's definitely one of my favorites.

I'll be making my annual trip to Seattle in August. I can't make it to this weeks series since it's during the week. I'm looking forward to it, the wife and I are planning a little weekend getaway around it (Seattle is about a 3 hour drive).

I'll possibly wander up to the Humpdome, although it's a dreadful place to watch a ballgame.

Will be seeing the Sox at Philly this June, as well as Tampa Bay. I'm also going to the NIU Alumni Night road trip at Yankee Stadium on July 31. :bandance:

I'll see them in September in Kansas City; I move there on August 1st.

Heck, I plan on catching the K.C. vs. Toronto, Detroit, and New York as well.

The family has planned our vacation this year to see the Sox in Philly. We were going to try and see them again in Pitt this year, but the US Open is in town at the same time and there are few rooms to be found.:(:

Dreadful is an understatement. Possibly one of the worst places to see a game.

As a 15-year-old visting in 1992, I was able to make that determination back then. Anyone notice they play up there twice in May??? I was actually considering going up there this season. My family members always get on my case for not visiting enough...

I always try to get to a couple of new stadiums for sox road games a year. Last year was easy with Cincy & Pitt. This year I'm tentatively looking at Toronto & possibly Tamp Bay. Return visits to Cleveland or Detroit are always an easy trip as well so who knows.

Going to the Jake over Labor Day weekend for the Friday and Saturday. Wish I could go to KC or Pitt but I have about 6 wedding to attend this summer which wipes out August and September. A couple friends were at Cubs vs. Cards this weekend and ranked the "New Busch" behind AT&T and PNC.

I'll be at 2 of the games when the Sox visit Arlington in late August. I'm already making sure I'm well hydrated.

Ode to Veeck and I watched Buehrle pitch a truly masterful game in Oakland. Aardsma got the win though and I got a tan.

I'll see the Sox play the Rangers in Arlington, as always! I hate the unbalalnced schedule...they used to come in twice a year, now just once (and it always seems to be in the middle of the week!)

What for, to block the noise out from the dome, or the complaints from my family members driving up there? :D:

Three runs before an out was recorded in the first, and nothing more. The reactionary Sox fans in chat wanted Guillen to yank Buehrle in the first, but fortunately the team is in better hands.

I went to the Tuesday night game in Oakland the night before. One strike away, but you knew Jenks was in trouble when his first two pitches were hit like rockets, and there was just the one-run lead. Too late to warm anyone else up. Lots of Sox fans there. On the BART platform on my way home, a guy wearing a Sox scarf approached me, wearing a Sox hat, and started talking to me about the game as if we had known each other for years. I didn't catch his name. As my train pulled up, he asked if I would be at the park Wednesday, but I had a morning class in Modesto.

McAfee might not have been such an ugly stadium if I hadn't attended the game the Sox lost.

I was at that game too. Not a fun night. McAfee will always be ugly, even if the Pope says mass there. I'll be down in Anaheim on Saturday.

I actually won't be at the Toronto series, as I'll be visiting Ry the weekend before for Memorial Day Weekend; however, because I was pleasantly impressed with how gorgeous Kansas City is, I plan on going there at the end of June for most likely two games.

I wish there were places that would be an easy drive (i.e. a couple hour drive like Milwaukee) on our schedule.

I'm in Seattle. Saw the game tonight (5/2), and I'm going to see the game tomorrow. I hope we bring the bats.

I wish I could go to Pittsburgh. I've seen PNC from the outside, and it looks like a lovely park.

It's absolutely beautiful. If you ever get to go, grab a Primanti Brother's sandwich and a Yuengling lager. You'll get a taste of the region and you will love your life.
