Does anyone know where to find the score board pre game video which show the sox games from the past?

Try youtube.com. I know they have the older ones, I don't know if they have this year's.

Ive been looking for it on youtube. The new additions.. esp the end where Comiskey has alal the clouds and ozzie's all crazy .. it's wicked. I love it. I tried taping it when I was @ Buehrle's no-no but people kept walking in my way.

I'm curious about any shots that were taken out of the pre-game montage.

One in particular that I've noticed...Joe Cowley's no-hitter. They used to have just a split-second shot of him at the end of his no-hitter, and I'm almost positive that's been removed from the video.

Its quite possible - even during the first version of this video (in 2005), they deleted the Shingo Takatsu scene midway through the season. I guess when you fall from grace, you really fall.

The video was changed substantially for 2006 since there were a few new highlights.

Oh, and I uploaded my 2004 and 2005 videos to Youtube; look for them under "2004 White Sox Intro Video" and "2005 White Sox Intro Video".

EDIT - Here are the videos: (I have no idea how long before they are visible on You Tube; maybe I have to pay to get them visible to all)

Note: Look for them later this evening; they still seem to be in the "reviewing" process, and I'm not sure how long that takes.

Just out of curiosity...does anyone know any other MLB teams that use that same Pirates of the Carribean song in their intro (He's a Pirate)?

I was annoyed to see the Mariners have started using it this year and was wondering if it was an isolated incident or if it is a common sports song now? I thought the M's were not going to play it when the Sox were in town, but apparently they have no reservations about stealing the idea.

I think this is it. I havent been to a game this season, but the music is not from Pirates of the Carribean (sp) like it was in the past.

Of any team in MLB, wouldn't this music be most appropriate for the Pittsburgh PIRATES? :dunno:

That is certainly NOT the video from the games this season. My guess is that someone living in their parents basement spliced together past videos and added their own music.

don't worry, the video at the park still uses the "Pirates" music. If the Sox really switched to the music in this youtube video, I think all the hate e-mail to Brooks would crash the Sox server.

I didn't realize it until watching them back to back, but the 05 blows the pants of the 04.

I liked the 04 version at the time (as well as the shorter versions they used prior to that), but you're right - the 05 was MUCH better!
