From today's Sun Times:

Ozzie Guillen sat behind the desk in the visiting manager's office, almost shocked at what he was hearing.
''Not this [bleep] again,'' Guillen said as he rolled his eyes. Yes, after the White Sox' 7-4 victory over the Kansas City Royals on Monday night, a mystery player had broken out the Journey tune that became the Sox' music of choice during the 2005 World Series run. Now they were back.

Just remember:
Years with Journey playing all the time: 1 World Series Titles: 1
Years without Journey: 88 (1918-2004, 2006) World Series Titles: 0

Journey = World Series

Looks like it might be time for Brooks to dig up Steve Perry once again.

I'm sure Steve would appreciate that.

Chuck Garfien reported on Comcast SportsNet last night that it wasn't "Don't Stop Believin'"... instead it was... "The Wheel in the Sky Keeps on Turning"

Whatever works...

Odds are good it was the Greatest Hits CD, which would have put both of those in rotation. "Wheel in the Sky" directly follows "Don't Stop...."

They mentioned it on Comcast last night on the postgame and pretty much complained about it.

What's the big deal, it's working.:smile:

I heard a PK interview on the radio this morning and it was "The Wheel in the Sky Keeps on Turning" playing in the background.

As much as I like the song, think about what this really shows ? The club is having some fun, which is always a good thing
