It's been less than 3 weeks!!! How friggin early can they start this? At this rate in 5 years the voting will start before the season even starts.

Maybe Yankee and Red Sox fans wanted to get an early start to vote all their players in.

it was the same way in 2006, 2005, 2004, 2003, ect....

the host team has to get them early since they lose a homestand to prepare for the ASG.
they start the online voting at the same time, especially in this day and age of japaneese voting.

So who are we going to be stuffing the ballot box for in the 32nd man vote this time around? I'm guessing Thome or Dye.

The Sox players need to start hitting to get votes. I love the Sox, but right now, do I see them being All-star caliber play? Not really.

I think Thome is having a good year thus far. Unfortunately, since it's at another National League park, we're going to have to write him in or vote for the extra man. But David Ortiz is listed as a 1st Baseman on the ballots as always. I just don't get it.

Well, the way everyone is batting, Thome is the only deserving one.

Well, big Jim deserves to go. He gets very little respect. Check out wikipedia.com for who was last years comeback player of the year. It lists Frank Thomas.

Glad to see someone contacted wikipedia to update it. It now shows Thome. (I would of contacted them, but navigating that site is like trying to find a parking spot at a grocery store on a Sunday.)
