The Cubs are having skydivers deliver the flags of the retired jerseys. Skydiving into the ballpark? Gee, where did they copy that from? Bob Brenley made a comment as the Santo flag skydiver landed on the field, but I am not sure I should repeat it here.

Are the White Sox the only team ever to do that?:?:

Probably not, but I think we pioneered it locally.

I think you are really reaching for things to bash the Cubs with.

Probably not. I am sure there are 15 other teams who have done it, but because the Cubs are doing it they are copying off the Sox.

Hey the Cubs had more than one person throw out the cerimonial first pitch. GEE I wonder who they copied that from.

Gee, I cannot imagine a White Sox fan doing that. I was just doing it here to be funny.

Sheesh. The Cubs were out there in shirts, pants, cleats and these hats that looked shockingly like the White Sox's, except they were colored blue. Worst of all, their players also used leather mitts. Gee, I've never seen Konerko do that.

You know, Richard Roeper said in his book "Sox and the City"..."When a Sox fan says "I really don't care about the Cubs as long as the Sox are doing great," it ranks up there with all time bull**** comments like "It's an honor just to be nominated" and "you're so beautiful-but really, we dont have to do anything. IT's fine with me if we just cuddle all night."

I think, personally, it's every sox fan's God-given right to reach for things to bash the Cubs with! :D:

Ps... everyone should read this book if they havent yet.. this is my third time reading it.. it's fabulous.
