Hopefully, nobody has posted these yet but I thought it's always fun to take a look at some of the other marketing slogans around MLB at this time of year. I posted a similar thread last year for '06 and hadn't seen one for '07 yet so I started digging them up. Anyways, here is the list of what I was able to find. There could be more out there that I'm not aware of:

White Sox- "Back to the Grind"
Cubs- "Play Like There's No Tomorrow"
Astros- "The Return of the Good Guys"
Blue Jays- "It's Always Game Time"
Braves- "Welcome to the Bigs."
D-Rays- "More Than Just a Game"
Dodgers- "It's Time For Dodger Baseball!"
Giants- "Your SF Giants"
Marlins- "You Gotta Be Here"
Mets- "Your Season Has Come"
Nationals- "Pledge Your Allegiance"
Rangers- "You Could Use Some Baseball"
Reds- "C You There" (C is the Reds logo)
Rockies- "Gen-R-ation" (R is the Rockies logo)
Royals- "True. Blue. Tradition."
Tigers- "Who's Your Tiger?"

The Twins still have, "This is Twins Territory."

Royals- "True. Blue. Tradition."

I don't like that one. They really should come up with something better since their tradition most recently is losing in a horrendous manner

The Giants must have paid big time money to a firm for that slogan.

Hey at least it's not You're SF Giants!

I thought the Rangers "You Could Use Some Baseball" is pretty lackluster. That's saying that they don't have any hope to contend but come out anyway because we know you're jonesin' for baseball!:D:

I don't really get that slogan. Is "My Oh My" the signature call of their announcer or something?:?:

It should be: "We Could Use Some Pitching."

Is Cy McCarthy ringing any bells?

Must be good work if you can get it. Where can I sign up?

We're swimming in a sea of mediocrity with these slogans. I like the Nationals one, but as a whole the overwhelming majority are forgettable at best. Even the Sox one is pretty lame, a retread is all the better they can do?

It seems like 5 minutes or in some cases *cough*Giants*cough* 5 seconds was spent on each of those.

The Nationals slogan is by far the best. Too bad they won't stay competitive for very long.

Here are some realistic slogans for the rest aka ones we will never see. Some are a little long winded.

Cardinals-Brandon Looper as a Starter, Now THAT's Excitement
Orioles-Moving on Up, We Can't Sink Any Lower, Right?
Mariners-History in the Making (Ichiro's Last Season in Seattle)
Phillies-Come Boo Everyone and Everything
Pirates-We've Got Almost as Much a Chance as Anyone, Damnit
Angels-Straight from Los Angeles to Anaheim in California from the USA, including Sacremento, San Jose, San Francisco, Inglewood, Hollywood, San Deigo, and Monterrey where Jimi Hendrix's Strat is Still Burning, Ladies and Gentlemen the Angels
Yankees-Money Can't Buy Happiness, But it ALWAYS Buys a World Series Title, Trust Us
Red Sox-Overhyped In All Nations and Cultures

I love seeing every teams lame commercials. They usually show them on MLB.com's online baseball channel. The Twins one I saw today was Mike Redmond wearing a Canada shirt and using some sideburn growing lotion or something to try and hit like Mauer/Morneau. The lotion worked too well. Also saw a Rockies one where their pitchers are in that humidifier thing at Coors playing around with the baseballs

As a matter of fact it is. It's the signature call of Dave Niehaus along with "Get out the rye bread and mustard grandma, it's grand salami time."

They're even too cheap to get a new slogan, huh? :redneck

I though you wanted us to come up with joke slogans for other teams.
