I went there last year. Great ballpark. Let's just say that there's not a lot to do on Monday nights in late september in Cleveland. I had a good time at the Rock and Roll Hall though.

I am very much interested in making a trip to Cleveland this year. Actually earlier in the week, "Fox to Aparicio" and I were talking about making a road trip there for a game or two. Would love any info you got for us. Thanks again. :supernana:

We usually get to at least 1 game in Cleveland per year.

Places like Cooperstown contain plenty of Sox fans pre- and post-game.

I plan on going back again in Sept. Great park. I would never go for a whole weekend though. Talk about boring.

ive been there twice. I was there the game maggs took his infamous spill that ended his white sox career. I also saw a Devil Rays game there the day after the big east coast blackout in 2003. So there is something big that happens everytime i go out there

Cleveland is a lot of fun for a weekend. Places like the Winking Lizard and Great Lakes make for fun evenings out with good beer and food.

Just FYI... Got off the phone with my Indians rep... My fiancee, her kiddo, and myself will be in 150 row? August 31st, 138 row HH Sep 1st/2nd. Dunno if anyone else would be interested but the theater in Cleveland is showing the Lion King play?/musical? during that series so we're also gonna check that out after the Sunday game. And who says there is nothing to do in Cleveland?!

The Chop House and Brewery is very good also. I am seriously considering a road trip in April.

The Chop House is quite good! They make some solid beers and their corn bread is phenomenal.

Is anyone going the second weekend of april? Just looked up southwest and they have roundtrip for 120.....Yea I know it is only a 6 hour drive but going by myself I'd rather just do the hour flight

Head to the Great Lakes Brewery for one of the best breweries in the Midwest.
Hmmm. Edmund Fitzgerald Porter.
