He learned a lesson last year when he didn't allow a sore shoulder sufficient healing time, which contributed to an unproductive season.

He better have learned his lesson we need him this year. Also it says only four weeks behind normal spring training plan? not to bad. let's get ready for the drive in 07 Scotty.

Nice article on Pods in the Sun Times today too.

Pods realized his bad mental state from last year and hopes to improve. I hope he's healthy by Opening Day, that would be a nice boost.

Also, Dye's comments on his contract situation just shows what a class act the guy is. :D: Hopefully we can keep him for a few more years.

A certain rookie from last year that rhymes with Hogan realized his bad mental state from last year and most people here wanted to lynch him. Where are those people calling for Pods head:rolleyes:

Odd to see Joe Cowley actually write a decent article, but he did.

Well, Pods mental state was pushing himself to play better and taking bad at-bats with him in the field and effecting future at-bats. As wrong as that is, that's still an effort to improve himself and the team.

Logan expected everyone to accomodate him so that he felt like he fit in. This isn't kindergarten, this is a contending Major League baseball team. Thankfully, Guillen and Cooper aren't holding it over his head for this season.

Im calling it now:

PODS wil have an awesome year again and everyone will love him again.

OK, then again I have no idea what Im talking about but its good to see Pods finally getting healthy again. I just hope they dont play him too soon before he is ready.

The difference is that we have somebody to replace Logan with.

I think Podsednik has been little more than a bum since November 2005, but he's the least bad option at leadoff right now, so I keep quiet about him.
