Any word on if the indictment clause is in there?

It is

Intact are stipulations that will allow the Giants to void the deal if Bonds is indicted and forbid Bonds' personal trainers from working in the clubhouse and other nonpublic areas of the ballpark.

Bonds' agent, Jeff Borris, has downplayed the indictment clause, saying provisions in baseball's collective-bargaining agreement render it moot. Bonds has said he was fine with the personal-trainer clause, adding he will continue to work with the trainers outside the ballpark.

If baseball was really smart, then they wouldn't suspend the next guy who tries to throw a ball at his head. Hell, they should force every crappy pitcher to do so.

Lets just face it, the guy is going to break the stupid record. The best thing to do is just ignore him. You'd hope the media could do the same, too...

That's weak, man...

Much better response, although that will never happen either. :(:

Maybe Bonds will get his due when he comes up for HOF voting.
