I'm confused, anyone know the answer?
FOX 2 6 21 has reported on this board that he works the sox dining room in Tucson.
I'm assuming that the meals provided to the players are free and JR foots the bill.
Why do players receive $906 in meal and incidental money each week during st?
Do the players sleep at the st complex, or are they in hotels and who pays for the room?
If the ml team pays for food and lodgings then what the hell is $906 for?
The players' union has to be the envy of every union in the US.

Probably just part of the CBA, but really, it is peanuts compared to the other money being thrown around. Probably there as a reward for the minor league players who make much less than their big league counterparts. It is only about $6K which won't matter to the guys in the show, but will mean a lot to a guy making AAA money...
