CHICAGO – Starting Thursday, January 18 at 10:00 a.m., a very limited number of two-night hotel packages for SoxFest 2007 will be made available to the public through the Palmer House Hilton reservation line at (877) 865-5321.
The special SoxFest hotel rate is $249 (plus tax) for a two-night stay and fans will be limited to one room per reservation. Fans who purchase the two-night stay will be eligible to purchase up to four SoxFest weekend passes at $75 each. The only way for fans to obtain passes for the entire weekend is through the purchase of a two-night stay. Please note that SoxFest passes must be purchased in addition to the hotel package.
When two-night hotel packages initially went on sale in October, they sold out in approximately 20 minutes. Thursday's sale includes a limited number of hotel packages that recently came available for the weekend of SoxFest.
This is the first time that the Palmer House Hilton will host the annual Chicago White Sox fan convention, now in its 15th year.
SoxFest 2007, presented by U.S. Cellular, will be held January 26-28, 2007. Dates and times are: Friday, 4:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; and Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.:smile:
