I did not catch this right away, but the St. Louis Cardinals will be back (http://www.stltoday.com/stltoday/sports/columnists.nsf/dancaesar/story/2A761673D1550D06862572460011D012?OpenDocument) on KSD-TV. KSD is the Gannett-owned NBC affiliate in St. Louis. The Redbirds were previously on KSD until KPLR-TV acquired the terrestrial television rights to Cardinal baseball back in the late '80s (IIRC). The article mentions that Jay Randolph could return as the Cardinal play-by-play announcer on KSD which would displace Wayne Hagin. Hagin used to be the radio voice of the Cardinals on KMOX, but he was sacked in favor of John Rooney when KTRS acquired the Redbirds' radio rights. When the Cardinals announcer on KPLR, Bob Carpenter, accepted the Washington Nationals' PBP gig, Hagin replaced him.
