ESPN.com lists who they think will be the sox back ups starting pitchers and relievers. They list Dan Wright as the 5th starter which doesn't bother me to much, but I would like to see Rauch be the 5th starter, because I think he's ready. But what bothered me about what ESPN listed is for the bullpen they have Ginter and Koelhmeir in, and no Wunsch and no lefties at all. I think the sox need two lefties in the pen, and I would like the other one to be either Corwine Malone or Munoz, because you need two lefties in the pen and Ginter and Koelhmeir suck.

Rauch is coming back from season ending surgery, so I'd really like to see him get some work in at Charlotte before he gets called up. In a perfect world, I'd make him a September call-up in preparation for a starting role in 2003, but I think the Sox will probably call him up sometime in June or July, either because the staff needs help, or they just feel like rushing ANOTHER prospect.
