Look out AL Central...
Right-handed reliever Joe Borowski, whose failed physical with the Phillies last week negated a two-year contract agreement with Philadelphia, was signed to a one-year, $4 million deal. It includes a club option for 2008.

If he's healthy, he's not a bad pick up.

I'm glad they're taking a shot with this guy instead of Gagne. I have a hunch Gagne will make a decent comeback, and I certainly don't want to see it against us in the AL Central.

Now Kenny can be worried about Shapiro and the Indjuns. That's the 2005 AL Executive of the Year you're talking about.

Stick a for in him, he's off the juice.
Shapiro is going dumpster diving for over the hill ex-chicago closers. How long until Joe Bo gets DFA? It didn't take too long for Graves and Karsay last season.
