Selig decides to (http://espn.go.com/mlb/news/2002/0307/1347143.html) attack the Minneapolis Sports Facilities Commission. MLB's lawyer actually claimed that MLB could purchase the Twins and do whatever they wish with the team.

This is the first time I've heard this, and it made me ill.
