Am I "late to the game"? I haven't noticed this before... But the Sox now have a section called "2006 Advertising" that includes:

I'm glad I finally know what songs they play when Thornton, Riske, MacDougal and Jenks step up to the plate...?

Do the players pick these? I have always wondered that.

It says at the bottom that the asterisks denote player's selection. Did the Sox pick all the other songs for the players? :?: That seems strange.

Yeah, that's confusing me too. There aren't stars by any of AJ's songs, but it seems kind of obvious that he would pick those... right?

:dunno:

Finally, I've been waiting for the names of some of these songs.

I remember when the played the Killers for AJ's at bat during the marathon game against the Red Sox. There's a lyric in the song that goes "and i'm tired of this game." I was laughing so hard.
