26 million for a #3/#4- which is what the Yankees will use him as, but I predict he won't win any more than 14 games next year and his ERA will be the mid or high 4's.

Igawa's pitches were on full display this month at the Japan All-Star series and he did not impress scouts, giving up two runs with six walks in six uneven innings against Major League Baseball's team.
David Wright crushed a pitch over the leftfield wall, and the NL scout said, "I've never see a ball hit that far in that facility."

is it bad that i want the yanks to get the better end of the deal when i comes to the pitchers from japan? wouldnt it be funny that they spent half as much?
