Wow, if only we can see Ravech, Brantley, Dusty, and Orestes Destrada. That's just great baseball acumen.

Harold Reynolds was fired by espn because there were allegations of sexual harrassment......It's too bad because IMO, he was the best guy on that show.

They could really use Conseco and Belle on that panel to give them they absolutely least intelligent grouping of baseball "experts" in history.

Hey, BBTN experts include a washed-up middle of the road pitcher, a middle of the road 1st basemen who played four years in the bigs and a manager who couldn't do anything without Bonds/Sosa! Woo!

The college football equivlent of this move was ESPN/ABC putting Bob Davie in the booth.

Why is idiocy rewarded in coaching?

A platoon of McCarver and Morgan would also help the show.

I'll have to watch the show (just for the highlights) like I watched the U of M vs OSU game today - with the MUTE on.

It's not rewarded. Those who can, can. Those you can't, commentate*.

*Excepting, of course, old coaches and mangers who can but just like the laid-back TV talking head lifestyle. But Dusty ain't one of those.

I wonder if he'll take the high road or rip the Cubs a new one if they have a terrible season? My guess he'll take the high road. That's too bad.:D:
