i'm sorry if this had already been mentioned, but i was wondering when the fa signings, as well as trades can begin?

10 days from today, IIRC. That may be when teams can start negotiating with their FA.

How does the new CBA effect this? Aren't some dates like tendering offers to restricted FA's eliminated and such?
