i think uniwatch is funny with how much attention to detail they have. it goes to show, wearing cleats on your forehead won't go unnoticed.

There is another Cub factor in that horrific Game 6.

When Keith Hernandez flew out to Dave Henderson in CF the camera shows behing Henderson a Cubs pennant painted on the outfield wall. No other team, just the Cubs.

One of the worst nights of my life being in the upper deck at Shea. I can remember the scoreboard flashing "Congratulations World Champion Red Sox" after the second out. :whiner:

The ride back on the 7 line to Manhattan was torture. Wound up at the Grand Hyatt where WHDH radio was doing a live remote and got very drunk. The next thing I remember was being back at South Station Boston.

Thank gawd 2004 happened so 1986 is now just a horrible footnote.
