WHOOPS! You'd think with the ridiculously high "convenience charges" that TM would be able to print the tickets correctly.

Why does that not surprise me? I wonder how much the "convenience charge" was on those tickets?

Seriously, Ticketmaster has to have some kind of organized crime ties, otherwise why could they continually get away with such shoddy customer service and expect everyone to pay obscene extra charges for the honor?

Case in point - I bought a $23 concert tickets recently and not only was I forced to pay almost another $23 per ticket in service charges, I was told that even if I bought the tickets at a box office or point of sale those "convenience" charges all still apply. This isn't commerce, this is usury...

Didn't the Sox playoff tickets from last year just have game numbers on them and not the actual date of the game?
Why wouldn't MLB do that with all series?

I've said it before and I'll say it again- I hate Ticketmaster.
