Pretty crazy, basically imploding the pitching rotation and starting from scratch.

Wish that more teams did this, especially when they all blow chunks.

From the article:

All were injured at some point in 2006, and Lawrence, Drese, Day and Eischen finished the season on the disabled list.

Sounds like the club pretty much wrote them all off.

There are some future cubbies on that list.

Believe it or not, I wouldn't be too suprised if the Reds picked up at least 3 of the 6 pitchers, considering how desperate they are for pitching.

I wouldn't mind taking a flyer on Lawrence the kid was solid he just got hurt last year.

Remember who Krivsky used to work for?

Yep, that's right, the Twins.

We might take a look at Rodriguez for our last bullpen spot...also, Astacio and Eischen are worth a little consideration, especially Eischen (LH reliever).

KW loves injured players, don't be suprised to see a few of them in ST.

I'd like the Sox to take a chance on Ryan Drese. He's a ground ball pitcher who has had previous AL success (with Texas). It would be a low-risk/high-reward gamble to let Cooper work with him.

I'm gonna have to agree with you. I've always been a fan of his. If he'd agree to a minor-league deal I'd be ecstatic.
