Section 157, row 25 but I"ll probably sit with my buds in the first row since there should be a few no-shows.

Skipping it because my daughter has a cold and the weather's not going to be all that great today.
I'll just have to "wait til next year", I guess.

I'll be with my son in 527, row 2, but by the 9th we're going to head down below so as to cheer 'em as they leave the field one last time.

Don't know the section or seat number, but row 20 directly behind the home dugout.

Let's get 'em.

Section 127, Row 33, seats 5 and 6 with my daughter Leah. She always has a great time at the game. Hope the Sox give her something to cheer about.

The Sox are going to break their single season attendance record today. Ideally we can make the playoffs and take back the City's single season record. I believe the Sox had the single season record until the Cubs broke it with the extra games in the 2003 playoffs. If we made the playoffs again we'd take the record back and break the 3 million mark.

"On Sunday, the White Sox will surpass their all-time attendance mark of 2,934,154 set in 1991 during the inaugural season at new Comiskey Park (now U.S. Cellular Field). They need only 14,258 fans in their final home game to break the record." (http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/baseball/whitesox/cs-060923soxbits,1,6189412.story?coll=chi-sportstop-hed)

Playoff games wouldn't count towards the record. It's POSSIBLE a tie-breaker game might (since stats in tiebreaker games count towards regular season stats), but the playoffs are a completly seperate thing. The Cubs had 2,962,630 in 80 games in 2003, which broke our record, even after missing a game. The playoffs had nothing to do with it.

I'm there. SEC530, R20, S21

I'm really hoping for a win because the last three home games I went to have all been losers. I also wish they would give away something better than a poster for FAD.

GO WHITE SOX!!!!!!!

Didn't realize that. Are we going to outdraw the Cubs this year? I'm sure we had more fans in seats, but did they have higher overall ticket sales.

Nope. Blame preseason sales for that. I bet we got more this year then they'll get next year, though.
