September 20, 1902 - Nixey Callahan throws the first no hitter in franchise history as he beats the Tigers. The Sox give him all the runs he needs by scoring three in the 1st inning. The Sox win it 3 - 0 in Chicago.

September 20, 1908 - Sox pitcher Frank Smith tosses his second no hitter beating the Philadelphia As 1 - 0 in Chicago. Smith is the only Sox pitcher to ever throw more then one no hitter. This date September 20th, is also the only date in franchise history where multiple no hitters have been thrown on over the years.

September 20, 2000 - In the Sox 13 - 6 win at Detroit, the team breaks the franchise record for most runs in a season. The old mark of 920 runs was set in 1936.

Remember last September 20? When Crede hit the two homers, and Uribe made the play on Coco Crisp....that was awesome.
