As reported on XM175 this morning. I guess the Reds didn't pick up Steve Stewarts contract.

At least he won't be on BBTN anymore.

Bahahahahahaha.

:rolling:

That should be a good broadcast. I feel sorry for Reds fans already.

Glad that I won't have to hear his analyzing anymore.

Probably deserves its own thread, but Peter Gammons makes his return part-time tomorrow.

Oh ****, I have to listen to him when I watch Reds games next year? Any word on if he's on TV or radio for the Reds? If he's on radio, I wonder how Marty Brennaman is going to put up with that fool on a 162 game schedule.

Probably someone who will chew a toothpick during the show and say "Dude" every other sentence. That way he can share with the entire country his theories about blacks being better equipped to play in the heat than whites.

One of the Sox front office staff and I communicated today on this. The person's comment...."Good for ESPN, bad news for the Reds."

So much for the Reds tradition of having good broadcasters.

But the story does say he is leaving ESPN after this year.

That's all that really counts.
