Hello Sox Fans! Please note that FOX has picked up our game against Seattle onSaturday, September 23rd, which changes the game time from 6:05 p.m. to 12:15p.m. The game will air nationally and locally on FOX-TV and will be broadcast locally on WSCR SportsRadio 670 AM. The gates to the ballpark will open at 10:45a.m.

In addition, our Broadcasting department was able to work out a deal that nowassures us that our game at Minnesota on Saturday, September 30th will betelevised. This game will be televised by Fox or Comcast, and a decision as towhich station will carry this game will be made no later than 9/25.

Rumor is WSCR-670 may be broadcasting the 9/30 game as well. There is a chance Ed Farmer and Chris Singleton will do the broadcast.

Remember though, the game must be over by 3pm. If it isn't, the game will be resumed the following day.

Two years ago the Twins had this problem after they clinched the divsion but still were playing for home field advantage. The game was suspended in something like the 12th inning and continued the following morning where the Twins lost and lost home field in the '04 playoffs. Which we all know is why they didn't advance in the playoffs.
