A couple years back there was a thread about some of the hilarious names that have been in baseball over the ages. Obvious ones like "Coco Crisp" and the like where in, but there were some rare classics as well. Anyone have any?

I tried searching and even looked through the archives...couldn't find the original.

How could I forget my alltime fav funny baseball names:

Enos "Country" Slaughter
John Wockenfuss
Tim Spooneybarger
and the White Sox' very own Bill Naharodny.

Admit it, those were just fun to say weren't they??

P.S. I also get a kick out of some of the names from the Japanese Professional Baseball League.

Nippon Ham Fighters
Yakault Swallows
Hiroshima Carp

(Sounds like some made up Fantasy Baseball Team Names) :D:
