August 27, 1910 - Comiskey Park hosts the first night game ever played in a major league stadium as two Chicago amateur clubs play before 3,500 fans.

August 27, 1911 - ‘Big’ Ed Walsh fires a no hitter against the Red Sox at Comiskey Park. It’s the first time a Sox pitcher throws a no hitter in that stadium. The future Hall Of Famer would go on to become an umpire after he retires.

Any pictures of the lighting arrangement? That's pretty amazing given the electrical technology of the time.

Sorry I don't have any pictures. There were indications that lights were strung around the stadium but I don't have any clear information.

I knew the first MLB night game was in 1935; this was 25 years before that. Wow.
