Well at least there's one notable thing on my birthday! :D:
August 25, 1981- Sox pitcher Dennis Lamp carries a no hitter into the 9th inning against the Brewers in Milwaukee. Robin Yount leads off the 9th with a bloop double breaking it up. The Sox win the game though 5-1.

A pre-mature Happy B-Day Lip! May your glass remain at least 1/2 full, at least on your B-Day, and Sox optimism prevail!

Thanks...I'd be happy if the Sox could just beat the friggin' Twins!

I have yet to see the Sox play on my b-day. They missed it by one day last year. Game 1 of the WS starts on my b-day this year so I have hope...

You do realize Santana pitches Saturday and Ozzie will roll out his all right handed hitting lineup again.
