I haven't driven to a Sox game in several years. What are your opinions on where to park? What are the choices as far as cost, ans White Sox affiliation?

Thanks for any help.

Lots F,L and G are cash ($18). They are affiliated with the Chicago White Sox.

www.whitesox.com (http://www.whitesox.com) has parking information.

Ive never done it, but the Cobblestones deal sounds pretty good. 10 bucks to park, and then you get a token for 10 dollars worth of drinks.

The sox site says Lot G is a reserved lot, not cash. That's the lot west of the tracks.

It depends, sometimes they've let me in with cash but other times I've been sent down to 37th for Lot E/F.

You can also park on Halsted and walk down 35th street.

If you're running late (Sox parking will be full at that point), there's a safe lot just west of the Chinatown L station between 22nd and Archer. Park there and take the red line one stop south to 35th/Dan Ryan. Don't park under the platform unless you're OK with pigeons re-painting your car.

Thanx for this suggestion. The deal is spend 20 bucks and park for free. Lot is well lit and fenced. Short walk up Parnell to 37th.

Easy to exit after the game, left on Pershing to 90.

Cobblestones is a nice little bar and grill, good food, corner of Pershing and Parnell.
